Definitions

‘public event’: means a specifically named or sponsored event of limited duration that is either conducted by a public entity or conducted by Dream Hotels and Resorts (further on referred to as DHR).

‘private event’: means a private gathering limited to members and guests of DHR, or the Dream Xplorer club, where the event is not open or advertised to the general public.

Disclaimer:

Your participation in any public event, private event or activity listing is at your sole and exclusive risk. You agree and understand that injuries and damages can occur by natural causes or by the acts of other persons or third parties, either because of negligence or because of other reasons. You hereby indemnify the Dream Xplorer Club to the maximum extent permitted by law from all liability and hold harmless the Dream Xplorer Club, its organisers, hosts, volunteers, and other partners and employees, from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries and damages in any way connected with any Dream Xplorer events or activities. You agree and understand that this assumption of risk and release be binding upon you, your heirs and guests including any children taking part in any events and activities.

Photo and Video Disclaimer:

Attendance at, and taking part in any Dream Xplorer programs, events or public spaces constitutes consent to be photographed for use in print and/or electronic publicity for the Dream Xplorer Club.  Photos, images, and videos submitted by users for online contests may also be used by the website for promotional purposes. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval (or OTP) form the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

If you do not want us to use a photo or video of you or your child, please notify in written form the Dream Xplorer Club administrator, or alternatively do not give consent on the online platform PRIOR to the program or activity.
